Residential electrical work, done right the first time
From a dead outlet to a full 200-amp service upgrade — if it’s electrical and it’s in a home, it’s what we do all day.
Electrical Repairs & Troubleshooting
Breakers that keep tripping, flickering lights, dead outlets, that outlet that smells hot. We find the actual cause instead of guessing.
Panel Upgrades
Running out of breaker space or still on a 100-amp panel from 1968? We upgrade to modern 200-amp service, permitted and inspected.
Lighting Installation
Recessed cans, under-cabinet strips, pendants, landscape and security lighting. Better light changes a room more than paint does.
Ceiling Fans
New installs, swap-outs, and fans on vaulted or sloped ceilings. Properly braced boxes so nothing wobbles or hums.
EV Charger Installation
Level 2 chargers for Tesla, Ford, Rivian, Chevy and the rest. Load calculation first, so your panel can actually handle it.
Whole-Home Surge Protection
Colorado storms are hard on electronics. A panel-mounted surge protector guards everything at once — furnace, fridge, TVs, computers.
Old Town homes weren't wired for how we live now
A 1920s bungalow off Mountain Ave was built for a few lamps and a radio. Now it’s running a heat pump, an induction range, a hot tub and two laptops per bedroom.
- Upgrade from 60 or 100-amp service to a modern 200-amp panel
- Replace recalled and obsolete panels — Federal Pacific, Zinsco, Challenger
- Add circuits without stealing space you don't have
- Permitted and inspected through your local building department
Charge at home overnight instead of hunting for a plug
New builds in Timnath and Windsor often have the conduit stubbed in but no charger wired. We finish the job properly — and check that your panel can carry the load before we sell you anything.
- Level 2 240V circuits sized to your specific vehicle
- Hardwired or NEMA 14-50 outlet, your call
- Load calculation included — no surprise panel upgrade halfway through
- Clean conduit runs that don't look like an afterthought
Three steps, no runaround
You shouldn’t have to chase an electrician for a callback. Here’s exactly what happens.

We look at the job, explain your options in plain English, and give you one number. No hourly meter running, no “we’ll see when we open it up.”
We do the work and clean up

Cost for an estimate
Northern Colorado is our whole map
We’re not a franchise dispatching from Denver. We live here, we work here, and we know the difference between permitting in Fort Collins and permitting in Windsor.
Things homeowners ask us
Do you charge for estimates?
No. Estimates are free for planned work like panel upgrades, EV chargers, lighting and fan installs. For diagnostic calls — where the job is finding out why something is failing — there’s a flat trip and diagnostic fee, which we tell you before we come out and credit toward the repair if you have us do the work.
How much does a panel upgrade cost in Fort Collins?
It depends on your current service size, whether the meter socket and mast need replacing, how far the panel sits from the meter, and what the utility requires. Anyone who quotes you a firm number over the phone without seeing it is guessing. We look at it, then give you one flat written price with the permit included.
Do I need a permit for electrical work on my own home?
For most work beyond swapping a fixture or device, yes. Panel upgrades, new circuits, service changes and EV charger installs all require a permit and inspection in our service area. We pull it, we meet the inspector, and you get the signed-off paperwork — which matters a lot when you sell the house.
You're a newer company — why should I hire you?
Fair question, and we’d rather answer it straight. We’re newly licensed, which means we’re working to the current code cycle, not the one we learned twenty years ago. It also means you get the owner on the phone and on the job — not a dispatcher and whoever was available. We’re insured, we pull permits, and every install carries a two-year workmanship warranty.
Can you handle emergencies after hours?
Yes, emergency service is available outside our regular Monday–Friday 7am–6pm hours. If you smell burning, see scorch marks around an outlet or panel, or have sparking, shut the breaker off and call us. If there’s smoke or fire, call 911 first.
