Six towns, one crew, no Denver dispatch
We cover Northern Colorado from Wellington down to Loveland and east to Greeley. Housing stock changes a lot across that map — and so does the electrical work it needs.
Every town has its own electrical story
A 1915 bungalow and a 2023 spec home have almost nothing in common behind the drywall.
Fort Collins
Where we’re based and where most of our work happens. Old Town’s craftsman and Victorian homes bring us panel upgrades, ungrounded outlet corrections and cloth-wire replacement. The newer south and east neighborhoods lean toward EV chargers, lighting and finished-basement circuits.
Loveland
A real mix — mid-century ranches downtown, big lots west toward the lake, and steady new construction on the east side. We see a lot of workshop and garage subpanels here, plus fan and lighting work in homes built before ceiling fans were standard.
Windsor
One of the fastest-growing spots on our map. Newer builds with EV-ready conduit that nobody ever finished wiring, plus plenty of finished basements and outdoor living spaces that need dedicated circuits and landscape lighting.
Timnath
Almost entirely new construction, which means big panels, big garages and a very high EV adoption rate. Our most common Timnath call is finishing a builder’s rough-in so a Level 2 charger can actually be used.
Wellington
Small-town core with older homes plus a lot of newer development and rural acreage on the edges. Detached shops, well pumps and long conduit runs to outbuildings are routine work out here.
Greeley
Broad range of housing ages, from historic homes near UNC to newer west-side subdivisions. Panel upgrades and rental-property code corrections make up most of what we do here.
Ask anyway — the answer is often yes
Berthoud, Severance, Johnstown, Milliken, LaPorte, Bellvue and the surrounding county addresses come up regularly. Depending on the job size and our schedule that week, we can usually make it work.

Permitting isn't the same in every town
Different jurisdictions, different rules
Fort Collins, Larimer County, Weld County and each municipality run their own permitting and inspection process. Knowing which applies to your address saves days.
Different utilities
Service disconnects and meter work get coordinated with your specific utility. That’s a different phone call and a different lead time in Fort Collins than in Windsor.
Different housing stock
We know what we’ll probably find behind the wall of a 1920s Old Town bungalow versus a 2022 Timnath build, which makes our estimates more accurate.
