Everything electrical in your home, under one license
Six things we do, and we do them for Northern Colorado homeowners every week. No commercial jobs, no side hustles — just houses.
Electrical repairs & troubleshooting
Most electrical problems are a symptom, not the disease. A breaker that trips every Sunday isn’t a bad breaker — it’s telling you something.
- Breakers that trip repeatedly or won't reset
- Dead outlets, half-working switches, flickering lights
- Burning smells, warm faceplates, scorch marks
- Failed GFCI and AFCI devices
- Aluminum wiring and backstabbed connection repairs
- Code corrections after a failed home inspection
Panel upgrades & replacements
The panel is the spine of the whole system. If it’s undersized, obsolete or recalled, everything downstream is compromised.
- 100-amp to 200-amp service upgrades
- Federal Pacific, Zinsco and Challenger panel replacement
- Meter socket and service mast replacement
- Subpanels for garages, shops and additions
- Adding circuits for remodels and new appliances
- Permits pulled and inspections scheduled
Lighting installation
Lighting is the cheapest way to make a room feel different. Layer it properly and a dated kitchen reads as renovated.
- Recessed can lights and LED retrofits
- Under-cabinet and toe-kick lighting
- Pendants, chandeliers and vanity fixtures
- Dimmer switches and smart lighting controls
- Landscape, path and security lighting
- Garage, basement and workshop shop lights
Ceiling fan installation
A wobbling fan is almost always a box problem, not a fan problem. Standard light boxes aren’t rated to carry a moving load.
- New fan installs where no fixture exists
- Fan-rated box installation and bracing
- Vaulted, sloped and high-ceiling mounts
- Replacing old fans with modern DC-motor models
- Remote and wall-control wiring
- Covered outdoor and patio-rated fans
EV charger installation
Charging on a standard outlet adds about four miles an hour. A Level 2 circuit turns that into a full battery overnight.
- Level 2 240V circuits for every major EV brand
- Hardwired chargers or NEMA 14-50 outlets
- Load calculation before anything gets ordered
- Detached garage and long-run installations
- Finishing the stubbed conduit in new Timnath and Windsor builds
- Permit and inspection handled for you
Whole-home surge protection
A power strip protects one thing. A panel-mounted surge protective device covers the furnace, the fridge, the well pump and everything hardwired — the expensive stuff a strip can’t reach.
- Type 2 panel-mounted surge protective devices
- Protection for HVAC, appliances and hardwired electronics
- Coverage against utility switching surges, not just lightning
- Status indicators so you know it's still working
- Usually installed in a single visit
- Pairs well with a panel upgrade — same trip, less labor
What we don't do
We're residential only. We don't take commercial build-outs, industrial work, or low-voltage networking. If you call about something outside our lane, we'll say so and point you to someone who does it well — that's faster for everyone.
Not sure which one you need?
Describe what’s happening and we’ll tell you straight. Free estimates on planned work.
